Shipping Rates & Charges
We offer transparent and affordable shipping rates across India:
- Tamil Nadu — FREE shipping on all orders
- Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Puducherry — Flat ₹39 shipping charge
- Rest of India (All other states & UTs) — Flat ₹79 shipping charge
- International shipping currently unavailable (coming soon)
Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:
- Processing — 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- Packaging — each bottle is carefully wrapped and sealed
- Dispatch confirmation via SMS and email with tracking details
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
- Tamil Nadu — 1 to 3 business days
- South India (Kerala, Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Puducherry) — 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of India — 4 to 7 business days
Packaging
Every Arzi Perfumes order is packed with care:
- Bottles securely wrapped in protective foam or bubble wrap
- Packed in a sturdy, sealed box to prevent breakage
- Tamper-evident exterior box for your security
- Gift sets include premium packaging
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:
- Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- After 3 failed attempts, package is returned to us
- We will contact you to rearrange delivery — re-shipping charges may apply
- Please provide accurate delivery address at checkout
